These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Pay2All Services Pvt Ltd (flyurway.in) and its flight booking, bus booking, and holiday package services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing our website or app, or by making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Nature of Service
- Pay2All Services Pvt Ltd acts as an online travel intermediary/agent facilitating bookings on behalf of airlines, bus operators, hotels, and holiday package suppliers. We are not the operator of the flight, bus, or accommodation itself.
- All bookings are subject to the individual terms, fare rules, and conditions of the respective airline, bus operator, hotel, or package supplier, in addition to these Terms.
- Flight and bus ticket inventory displayed on the platform is sourced through our technology and API partners and is subject to real-time availability; fares and seats are not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed and ticketed.
2. Account & Booking Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to make a booking on the platform.
- You are responsible for ensuring all passenger details (name, age, gender, government ID, contact information) entered at the time of booking are accurate and match valid identification documents. Pay2All Services Pvt Ltd is not liable for denied boarding or travel arising from incorrect passenger details submitted by the user.
- A single registered account may not be used to make bookings on behalf of unrelated third parties for commercial resale purposes without prior written consent.
3. Pricing, Payment & Convenience Fees
- Displayed fares include base fare, applicable taxes, and any convenience/service fee charged by Pay2All Services Pvt Ltd, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- Fares are dynamic and subject to change without prior notice until full payment is received and the booking is confirmed.
- Payments are processed through RBI-compliant, secure third-party payment gateways. Pay2All Services Pvt Ltd does not store your card, CVV, or net-banking credentials.
- In the event of a failed transaction where the amount is debited but the booking is not confirmed, the amount will be auto-reversed to the original payment source as per standard bank/gateway timelines.
4. Flights & Bus Bookings
- Flight schedules, seat availability, baggage allowance, and fare rules are governed by the operating airline and are subject to change by the airline at its discretion.
- Bus seat availability, boarding points, operator-specific amenities, and cancellation slabs are governed by the respective bus operator and are displayed on the seat selection page prior to checkout.
- It is the traveler's responsibility to arrive at the airport/boarding point within the time specified on the ticket. Pay2All Services Pvt Ltd is not responsible for missed flights or buses due to late arrival.
- E-tickets/boarding passes issued are valid only when accompanied by a valid government-issued photo ID matching the passenger name on the ticket.
5. Holiday Packages
- Holiday package itineraries, inclusions, and exclusions (transport, accommodation, meals, sightseeing) are as specified in the package description at the time of booking and are subject to supplier confirmation and seasonal availability.
- Package prices are typically based on per-person, twin/multiple-sharing occupancy unless stated otherwise, and may vary with occupancy type, travel dates, and number of travelers.
- Pay2All Services Pvt Ltd acts as a facilitator between the traveler and third-party package/tour suppliers, hotels, and local transport vendors; service quality at the destination is the responsibility of the respective supplier.
- Any visa, travel insurance, or destination-specific documentation required for a package is the sole responsibility of the traveler unless explicitly included in the package.
6. Cancellations, Refunds & Amendments
Cancellations, date changes, and refunds for flights, buses, and packages are governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy, read together with the fare rules of the respective airline/operator/supplier.
7. User Obligations
- You agree not to use the platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized purpose, including fare manipulation, bulk automated bookings (scraping/bots), or resale of tickets in violation of airline/operator policy.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and booking.
8. Limitation of Liability
Pay2All Services Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from flight delays, cancellations, rescheduling, bus breakdowns, denied boarding, loss of baggage, or service deficiencies of any airline, bus operator, hotel, or package supplier. Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the convenience fee retained by us for the specific booking in question.
9. Force Majeure
Pay2All Services Pvt Ltd shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, strikes, technical failures of third-party systems, or acts of war.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the location of Pay2All Services Pvt Ltd's registered office in India.
11. Amendments
Pay2All Services Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
